They do not understand what gluten-free even means! Beware. I called first to ask about gluten-free and they were very friendly and told me that they can make any sandwich gluten-free by using a gluten-free hoagie. They only order in person, so I went down and ordered a prime rib sandwich with a gluten-free hoagie. Then they tried to tell me that some of their homemade dessert was gluten-free. I asked about the ingredients they were listing a bunch said flower and kept going and I had to be the one to tell them that flower is not gluten-free. They honestly did not know. I ate my sandwich anyway and honestly it’s overpriced for the taste. The next morning I can tell you that I appear to have received gluten contamination, even though I had a gluten-free hoagie. They are very nice people, but I can assure you they do not know what gluten-free means other than the label on their gluten-free hoagies.
