I called a few hours before my planned dinner here to ask some questions about their gf options. Spoke to the manager who was very knowledgeable about the need for celiacs to trust their food. I asked about the dressings and he said all are gf. I asked if they use a separate gf fryer and he said yes but he can’t guarantee it’s safe for celiacs. I asked if the steak would be safe and grilled separately and he said yes, the filet steak and chicken are absolutely safe and grilled without touching gluten-free surfaces. However when I asked if the zip sauce that comes with the filet was gf, he said it’s not (he said just tell waiter no sauce). I asked about the sides and he said safest would be the pork belly collard greens and asparagus as those are separated. I asked about the skillet corn and he said that does have gluten (even tho it’s labeled as gf). He said make sure you tell your waiter you have celiac disease so they understand it is an allergy and to be extra careful. Basically just because it says GF on the menu it doesn’t mean it’s safe for celiacs, I recommend you call the manager to ask about specific items like I did. I ended up ordering the fillet steak without zip sauce and the asparagus and collard greens. It was SO GOOD! I will definitely be back! So refreshing to speak to a manger who is aware of celiac!
