Talked with the owner before ordering. This new restaurant was committed to offering gluten free options and, while not a dedicated kitchen, took the cross-contamination process seriously. Food was delicious and I felt prepared safely.

Huge amount of the menu can be prepared GF including breaded chicken cutlets and all entree sauces.
