Review of CHAVAL

Was knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination and had a separate “cheat sheet” to go with the menu that identified allergens in each dish. However they don’t go out of their way to offer allergen-free items. So the info is appreciated but doesn’t leave you with many options. For example none of their sauces are gluten free and their plancha grill isn’t safe with cross contamination. But I felt safe with what I did eat and it was pretty good. i think you can feel safe if you end up here but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.
