Chayhana Oasis

Oasis serves Uzbek cuisine. Almost everything on the menu is GF. The salads, kebabs, and rice pilaf. The owner came over to talk with me and explain the options when I told the waitress I had Celiac. She said all the sauces were made in house and fresh and none of the ingredients include gluten. I ate a little bit of everything (family style) and feel fine.
