Ordered a gluten free salad, waitress didn't listen. Ended up in the ER within an hour with my throat closed. I will never eat there again.

I’ve been eating here since I was a kid. Since being diagnosed with celiac in 2019, I’ve eaten here a handful of times with no flare ups. I always make it known how serious it is. My family and I went there 2 nights ago and I ordered a GF buffalo chicken pizza. I was very hungry and the place was very loud so not sure how, but I didn’t notice that they put breaded chicken on my pizza. I had already eaten almost a whole piece.. after I started panicking, the manager came over and handled it HORRIBLY. She scolded our server right in front of us for ringing it in incorrectly, asked only once if I wanted something else, and asked very coldly if I needed a benedryl.. after I explained what celiac was, she just told us if we needed anything else to let someone know. We didn’t see her again the rest of the time we were there. Safe to say I’ve been very sick and haven’t moved for 2 days. Do NOT believe if the menu says Gluten Free.

Do not buy anything from here. Ordered a gluten free burger and it came on a non gf bun. Manager refused to even believe that they messed the order up. Horrible service for not so great food. Have had other service related issues over the years. DONT BUY FROM HERE. Would put zero stars if I could

Loved the gluten free pizza asked for it well done!!! Make sure they know u have an allergy and ask lots of questions
I've had their GF pizza previously with no issues. It was pretty tasty. They have GF buns and a few other options listed on their menu. This time I decided to try one of their sandwiches on a GF bun however our server was not very knowledgable of any of the GF options and had to go ask someone. I ordered a sandwich without the sides of fries or coleslaw. Fries are supposedly cooked in a general fryer with other items and seasoned with a seasoning containing gluten. When my order arrived my sandwich was sitting on a pile of fries. :( I wasn't going to make a big deal about this or even send it back for a new one but someone else in my group noted to our server that they gave me fries and I wouldn't be able to eat my sandwich. I really didn't want to take my chances ordering something else. Soon after the server took my plate back a woman, maybe a supervisor? came to our table and very rudely let me know they wasted a meal and that the fries are technically gluten free just fried with other non-GF foods and seasoned. (Exactly why I wasn't eating them) I can understand the food mistake but I just couldn't believe the attitude and rude tone the woman was speaking to me with. I didn't make a big deal of the mistake and there was no reason she should have approached our table in that manner. Sadly, for this reason alone I will not be back. I should not have been treated that way. I feel that if the restaurant is willing to have GF items advertised on their menu their servers and cooks should be more aware of the GF options and possibility of contamination.
