Imagine, you're at the silos, already having a magical day. Now, imagine you have a great grilled cheese sandwich while you're there enjoying the outdoor seating. Yeah, it's pretty great. This place has gluten free bread for all their sandwiches. They also manage to have a separate cooking area in their already cramped food truck to avoid cross contamination. For me, I really appreciate that they take the effort to do that. Thank you guys for offering great food!

I had the Wacoan and it was awesome. They have a dedicated grill for GF sandwiches too.

They can do all of their sandwiches GF and have a separate grill. They are delicious. We had The Boss and The Guac one.

Unfortunately I couldn't try this place due to them being out of gluten free bread. Kind of sucks they don't always have it on hand.

Ordered 2 gf grilled cheese sandwiches (the boss & guac this way), and was informed that they have a separate grill for allergy orders! They were both very tasty and we will definitely be back next time we come to Magnolia Market. *Dairy-free cheese available.
