Review of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I have Celiac. I stopped in to see what they would say about gf options and was pleasantly surprised that they have a good "Gluten Sensitive" menu with many choices. As I spoke with the waitress, she seemed familiar with cross-contamination risks and they have good practices to avoid it. I ordered ribs, loaded baked potato, and carrots. She told me the shredded cheese is not kept near the croutons. Everything was delicious and the only reaction I had was happiness. I'll definitely go back again.
