They have fried things on the gluten free menu which are friend in a non-dedicated vat. beware of fried foods. no chips and cheese.

"Gluten friendly" menu had four options. I ordered from it and my salad came out with a buttered croissant. The server acted shocked when I sent my salad back because the butter had dripped down into the lettuce.

All I can say is WOW! This is not a franchise location so the gluten free menu online will not apply here. However, one manager - Garrett- came out and spoke to us about what they could make and how to order it. He made sure our server was one of the best so there were no mix ups. He also supervised the cooking of our food in the kitchen so no cross contamination occurred. It was fantastic. No one made us feel bad for the extra prep. Highly recommend this Cheddars!

I was really nervous to order from here as my waitress seemd annoyed and to care less about my dietary needs. I went with a salad with salmon and no dressing and thankfully did not get sick but my experience didn't really make me want to visit this location again for fear of getting sick.
