Gluten free buns and French fries in a dedicated fryer. A large selection of burgers and toppings. Friendly, knowledgeable server. Burger was delicious!! They told me they cook everything separate for an allergy but as the kitchen isn't dedicated, they can't promise non-contamination.

The Canton branch is very knowledgeable... the buns are gf but they said they are toasted on the grill with regular buns... the fries are also not gf... they are cooked in the oil with the chicken fingers that are not gf.

Really good burger and the best fries ever. I've never asked if the fries are in a dedicated fryer because I've never had a reaction (and I'm celiac, so I would have had a reaction if there was any cross contamination). Pretty good custard, too. Also, the service is great and the people that work there are friendly and knowledgable.

Staff was knowledgeable! Fryer is not GF. They have a GF bun available.

Perhaps the best GF burger bun I've ever tasted. Fixins bar let you "have it your way".

Good gluten-free bun. If you have issues with dairy too make sure you tell them not butter the bun.

Celiac friendly?

No

GF buns, but they toast them on a shared flat top. You can’t have the fries because they fry them with onion rings. The only option is a sandwich untoasted with no sides. Make sure they change their gloves.

Staff had no clue what gluten is! Asked about a dedicated fryer and got the same clueless look. They do have GF buns so went with safe turkey burger. At least I hope it’s safe.
