Very good service, I am celiacs and the manager personally came out to advise the on my meal on any items that I couldn’t have. They took very good care of me and I enjoyed a great cheeseburger. The manager delivered my meal personally. Lots of options for burgers and drinks. Highly recommend.

They have a gf bun option. However, the fries are not gluten free due to a coating they have. The options were to either pay $4 extra for a salad or to get the included fries served on a side plate so others at the table (non-celiac) could eat them. When my meal was served, the fries were on the same plate as my burger and touching it and they did not offer to remake/refund the burger…

Terrible service. I asked for a gluten free menu and the waiter told me they didn’t have one and didn’t say anything more. Then I asked if he could tell me what my options were and all he said was they have gluten free buns. I asked if I could have any burgers on a gf bun and he said yes, but then when I pointed out a teriyaki burger he was very condescending about the fact that teriyaki has soy sauce, although I already knew that. After his extremely rude attitude we left.

Was very happy , very knowledgeable of gluten free . I got the island burger (gluten free bun) also teriyaki sauce which she told me that has gluten so they didn’t put that on and got a salad instead fries . They cook their fries with other gluten things

It’s not on the menu, but they have GF buns available on request. The burgers are truly superb and even the GF bun was good. There aren’t many GF options and the fries are cross-contaminated, but it’s still absolutely worth a visit to get a burger with a GF bun. Highly recommended. Our server was very knowledgeable and offered salad or fruit side instead of the fries.

I loved this restaurant! The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered the fish tacos and they were so yummy. My sister in law is not gluten free and ordered the same thing and they made sure not to include anything fried on mine. Would definitely eat here again!

Server was knowledgeable and the food I had was good. I had a cheeseburger on a pretty darn good gf bun. She warned me that the fries are lightly breaded and not gluten free—appreciate the awareness. However, my $17 cheeseburger + gf bun charge had no free side substitutions. They will sub in fruit, salad, or plain white rice for the fries you cannot have but will charge $3 extra for this! Unfortunate for them to take advantage of our restrictions and act as if white rice is not cheaper than the fries. Ended up being a costly burger and wouldn’t go back again for the price, personally.

Had a gluten free fish burger. Fish was excellent. However, the bun completely crumbled as soon as I picked it up. Probably best to get a lettuce wrap. The server was incredibly knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what was not.

While only a few things are available, the server was very knowledgeable. I had a cheeseburger with gf bun that was cooked in a separate space and was not contaminated.

Had a gluten free burger on a gluten free bun that was very tasty. Unfortunately I did not ask about the fries and just assumed they would be safe. So wrong on my part. I spent the night in the bathroom with an upset stomach.

Our waiter was very helpful with my selections. My wife, not GF, ordered GF so I could finish hers if necessary. He brought her sides on a separate plate so that it would not contaminate her sandwich. Food was great.

The burgers are grilled on the grill where they toast the buns and the French fries are coated in flour. However, the manager offered to cook the burger in a pan by itself which was very nice. I don’t know if all of the restaurants would offer this option or just the one in Maui.

I think your experience here is going to be based on who your food server is. Ours seemed a bit “ annoyed “ when we asked about options. She did bring us a carton to read for ingredients for a smoothie but we opted not to try the food based on our food servers reactions. She did not know what we meant when we asked about gluten and did not offer options so my daughter had a smoothie and was fine.

Excellent experience! Staff made sure I was taken care of, assured me he would talk to the chef and make sure they know it is celiac so they would cook it somewhere else. They did and I’m still feeling awesome! AMAZING half-pound beef burger! In paradise! No gluten free fries but delicious fresh Hawaii fruit! The environment was awesome, live music, sang happy birthday for my dad, a song for my grandparents 50th and overall made it an awesome family dining experience. Eric was our server and knew what was up! Overall, would recommend especially for a traveling Celiac!

Staff was not knowledgeable about gluten free. The waiter was training a new server and said “no cheese, right?” as they were ordering it on the tablet. I am only gf, not dairy free. They do have gf buns but buns are toasted with gluten buns and fall apart easily. The fries are breaded and the waiter offered side salad in place of fries. The waiter did not inform me before the bill that the salad was a $3 up charge!! Very disappointed.

The staff didn’t seem super excited to accommodate gluten free and were very unknowledgeable. After discussing that we couldn’t have the fries because there wasn’t a dedicated fryer, they came out with chips instead... from the same fryer. To apologize for the chips, we did get $3 salads for free. Regardless it was a good burger and If you’re not overly sensitive I’d recommend it.

Great environment and view!!!! Gluten free hamburger bun as well for only $1.00 more. Great choices in hamburgers.

Ordered the bacon and Brie burger with a side salad, balsamic vinaigrette... super tasty and didn’t get sick :)

Ehh. They have GF buns, but the staff don’t seem very GF savvy. They can substitute salad or fruit for the fries—- for $3. I didn’t get sick after eating here, but also wasn’t very satisfied with my $20 burger... GF bun +$1.50, add avocado $1.50, sub salad $3.00, most burgers $15.00+

My Celiac son ordered the paradise cheeseburger and it came with a GF bun, but he had to sub fruit for fries since they do not have a dedicated fryer. I expect upcharges for GF, but we also got charged for the fruit! The bun was toasted as well and that raised red flags. He did eat everything and didn’t get sick, but I’d ask a lot mote questions next time.

I had the Cobb salad and it was awesome, they have gluten free buns also. very knowledgeable about gluten free options .

I was hungry and I was near by. Burger was okay, only side available was a side salad with lettuce and tomato.

I was hopeful my experience would be a good one, but unfortunately eating here left me ill. They have GF buns, the fries are not GF but they charge $3 extra for a fruit or salad substitution. The environment was great, but not worth it to be sick for an entire day of our vacation.

All burgers are only cooked to a "pink center," which was not done enough for me. Had a gluten free bun and seemed to be very careful.

this place treated us like we were family...surprising for a tourist destination like Lahaina

Spoke with the manager/staff, and due to the small kitchen, there is high risk of cross contamination. For fellow Celiac's, don't bother.

Terrible service. It was not busy but when I requested a gluten free menu (clearly and articulately) she looked at me like I was an idiot and asked if I'd like a kids menu. My husband had to ask again. They brought me a salad instead of fries at my request but the lettuce was bad. They brought the wrong burger to my husband. She refilled our drinks once, when we were about done. The burgers tasted good. We won't go back though.

It's true that their sides are limited (their fryer is shared with gluten items like onion rings), but their cheeseburgers were amazing and they offered gluten free buns. The open air seating (at sunset) and the live entertainment made this place one of our favorites. Our kids also loved reading all of the license plates!

They have gluten free buns that are delicious. It is $1.00 more for the bun, but completely worth it.

A little tough for 10 year old with cd. The fries and the tortilla chips are NOT safe. They were very good about explaining the options but we won't revisit. Just not worth the $(it's expensive).

Burger was great, view was great. Rice and fruit was the only sides option. A little pricy for the burger, but delicious.

The cheeseburger was great and they gave rice as a substitute for having no bun. But I was disappointed that the fries are not gluten free, the seasoning has flour in it.

Cheeseburger was delicious! I was surprised when they brought it out without enough lettuce to use as a bun substitute. If I have time to go again, I will either bring my own bun or request extra lettuce. The burger was seriously juicy and delicious!

I really enjoyed dining at this beachside burger stop. I had a moist, flavorful burger w/o the bun and 2 sides of rice and fruit. I also loved the deck seating. I'm only giving it 4 stars, however, because some of the options I saw on its website, such as the GF bun and fries, were not available at this location.

This place had a small gluten free menu but they are good about it. The naked cheeseburger is awesome. I ate here a few times while visiting lahaina and didn't get sick.
