Prior to going to the restaurant, we called to make sure there were policies in place to prevent cross contamination and that they used a separate pot and water to boil gluten free pasta. The manager assured us that they would be careful. When we ordered, we made sure to tell the server that our child had celiac and could not have gluten. When the food was brought, we asked again to make sure. As my daughter ate, she said she felt like the pasta had gluten, but we assured her it was fine. I wish we had trusted her instincts because she was severely sick the next day. I saw that there were positive reviews for this place and maybe this was a bad night, but we can no longer trust this place.
