The cheese pizza is pre-packaged (so no individual slices) on its own raised edge aluminum pie plate and comes with its own pizza cutter so chance of contamination seems extremely low. Crust is biscuity, nice change from other GF crusts, sauce and cheese were fresh. 4 stars because it is nice to have a neighborhood typical NY pizzeria that is able to accommodate those of us that can't have gluten. Staff were very nice too.

Cheesy pizza has GF pizza crust that has its own pan and is prepackaged. All they do is put it in the oven. So the pizza never really touches the oven in order to avoid cross contamination. They also provide a packaged pizza cutter. I did not get sick and enjoyed the 12 inch GF pizza they provide.
