Review of Chef David's Roastfish & Cornbread

vegan and gluten free options. fish fry batter is gluten free. I took a cooking class from him and he showed me his ingredients and kitchen. Excellent food and place to experience low country cooking. I highly recommend it from another chefs perspective.
