Ranked #1 in KC and I can see why. Authentic pit BBQ, once they’re out they’re out for the day. Cooked over live fire, burning day & night.

Now for the actual food! All meats and sauces are gluten free & almost all the sides (except the obvious - mac and cheese, banana pudding, etc.) workers changed gloves when I asked without hesitation, even with a huge line out the door.

We tried everything but the sausage and everything was pretty damn good! Definitely worth it to check out. No reaction afterwards.
