Very impressed with how knowledgeable and careful the staff is every time I go. There is a decent amount that’s gluten free, and if you clarify you have celiac, they can make additional adjustments accordingly.

Loved the teriyaki chicken made with tamari and the yuzu/mint lemonade was A+++.
Staff seemed knowledable about GF and the menu is marked. The owner is the head chef which makes me feel more comfortable with ordering there.

The gluten free items are marked on the menu. Tamari is used in place of soy sauce in the teriyaki chicken, salmon, and portobello rice bowls. The cheesecake is gluten free as katakuriko (potato starch) is used not wheat flour. The food is very good quality. I have eaten the gluten free items dozens of times without any issue.
