Chef Paz Restaurant

Empanadas are labeled gluten free, but definitely are not. We confirmed everything in our order was gluten free when we ordered, but I was very ill. When we contacted the restaurant, we were basically told that things can be made GF if the owner is there, otherwise don’t bother. The response was not good. We will not be back.

Excellant food, waitress suggested the chef would prepare the fish differently so I could eat it. It was a good choice

They have GF options designated on the menu. Food was very good. I got the Lomo Saltado and enjoyed it very much. Dish was hot and fresh; the cilantro jalapeño sauce had especially good flavor and spice. The server was GF knowledgeable - I will be back !

Smaller quaint place with excellent food and delicious cilantro sauce. The chicken is tender and the rice excellent!
