Sensitive celiac. Discovered this awesome chef at the Marco farmers market. Got his GF crab cakes and coconut remoulade sauce also GF. Baked in air fryer at 360degrees for 12 minutes flipping half way. They have the most delicate crunchy coating. Just delicious! We went once/week to the farmers market while we were here for 2 months just to get these. They also freeze well! He has several other GF entrees, We tried the Waygu short ribs which were also good! He is at quite a few farmers markets in surrounding area each week. We also found him at the Rookery Bay market on sundays

Chef Mazzotta is currently at Sanibel farmers market on Sundays. We got his gf crab cakes and his chicken and shrimp jambalaya. The crab cakes are HUGE and solid crab with no fillers- rolled in gf panko and Pan fried in designated gf pans. The sauces are just the right mix of slightly sweet and slightly spicy. I ate two for lunch and I’m so full! The jambalaya came frozen and ready to heat so we will have that later this week. I wish we could have an event so he could cater it! So many yummy looking choices on his menu. Hopefully he will move into a food truck or space soon. Highly recommend. Sorry I forgot to take pictures- we were hungry.
