Delicious and celiac-safe! Almost everything can be made gluten free. The waitress was knowledgeable about celiac and went through the menu with us. She brought out gluten free soy right away. They have dedicated fryers so fried tempura is not off-limits. Highly recommend for those looking for celiac-safe sushi!!

Pricey but sooooooooo worth it. Their gf tempura is excellent. They say they can make pretty much everything gf and will be sure to tell you if it’s not possible for what you select. They even have gf soy sauce!

Staff was very knowledgeable and can make 99% of the menu GF. They use a GF tempura and GF soy. A delicious dinner!

Very accommodating. When I walked in, I asked if they had a GF menu. The host said they can make anything on the menu GF. Slight up charge if you are ordering something w/ crab because they will use king crab. But that’s understandable. Everything tasted great.

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Soon. My sister and I have Celiac Disease and need everything to be strictly gluten free. The waitress was amazing and explained the menu throughly and offered so many options to be made GF. The food was amazing and I’m so happy to have found a local sushi place that I will be going back to regularly. Thanks Chef Soon... it’s really rare to have such an attentive staff to dietary needs!

BEST sushi in the suburbs and they are amazing with gluten free. They even have gf tempura! Never gotten sick once.
