I was born with Celiac Disease and have been searching for the perfect gluten free bagel for 50 years. At Chefs Table I had the most delicious gf everything bagel I have ever eaten. They import their Gf flour from Italy and bake it on their premises. The small cafe is a not a dedicated gf facility but you can be sure the you will be satisfied and safe eating there.
