Their food is good, I won't deny that, however their customer service may be the worst I've ever encountered. After missing part of our order, the manager is insisting we are being dishonest and going so far as to sending screenshots of video footage of the order conveniently placed OUTSIDE of the bag and then the bag being handed to my husband. Also conveniently, there is no footage or screenshot of said order going into the bag.
Bottom line is we paid for food we didn't receive and rather than make it right in any form, we are being called dishonest. I understand times are hard right now but literally stealing from customers is not the answer and insulting their character after supporting you for years is shameful.
