Met a colleague for happy hour. I messaged on Facebook the night before to inquire if they could do their charcuterie board gluten free, and was quickly replied to saying that they have a gluten free dough that they can sub for just about any thing on the menu.
The same manager (owner maybe?) that i was messaging was working at the counter when I ordered, and very helpful. They made it into a crispy pita for the charcuterie board and they verified that all of the meats and cheeses were safe. No reaction, and I’m very sensitive.
