GF fries and salads best bet. Pricey but good. Ask for no crutons on signature Macho salad.

We ate on the patio due to COVID. Many heaters to stay as toasty as you can on a mild January night in Denver. Nothing was marked on menu but hostess said they could accommodate. Waitress, Ace, was knowledgeable and helped me choose menu items that would be safe. Took extra effort to check with kitchen staff on salad dressings and alerted kitchen manager of my celiac. All dressings are gluten free. Fryer is no longer dedicated. We shared a Macho salad (amazing, this will be my new takeout as we live nearby), burger sub lettuce wrap with wild rice salad instead of the fries that would be contaminated. Burger was just okay. Saw someone with the normal burger and the bread was definitely the star. Oh well. Friendly, joyful experience and didn’t have any symptoms!

Waitress was knowledgeable and I had a superb burger in a lettuce wrap (no gf buns) and crisp fries from a dedicated fryer.
