I am a celiac who visited this fine dining seafood restaurant in Knoxville, TN. There is not a seperate menu but GF items are clearly marked on the regular menu. Waitress was very knowledgeable and had a shift change mid meal which made me a little hesitant and I had to go back through my situation and food needs all over again but our new waitress was just as knowledgeable and made me feel safe in preparation explanations. I went with the Maryland Seafood Salad with some oil and lemons for my dressing because I have been previously glutened from a product weeks prior and was having to be extra careful. The salad was amazing and so large I was able to make a couple of meals out of it. I didn't have any problems and thankfully didn't get sick.

Server was very informative and made sure my meal was celiac safe. Ordered salmon and eggs off the brunch menu. It was delicious too!

I had the blue crab appetizer and I ordered shrimp and scallops for my entree. I couldn't decide which one I wanted so they did both on the grilled shrimp by splitting it half and half. Asked about the pototes with the breadcrumb topping and was told I could call in the day before my reservation to have the potatoes made without breadcrumbs and would be gluten free. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. Food was delicious!

Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and they were able to make some menu items gluten free. Had a broiled crab cake that was basically just crabmeat broiled. Had a nice safe experience.
