Some macaroons and cookies are marked gluten free but made in a shared kitchen. The guy at the counter told me that they make everything on site, from scratch.
For the gluten free items they do their best to clean everything, but since these are made at the same time and in the same place as the gluten goods, there is likely aerosolized flour in the prep space “it’s not like a celiac friendly, no flour anywhere type deal”.
I had some tea, as this or coffee beverages was the only thing I felt safe with.
