Review of Chez Germain

My gluten intolerant (non-celiac) wife enjoyed amazing French onion soup (without the bread), Confite Duck, and Rice Pudding! Owner takes care and understands gluten allergy, but (fairly) is reluctant to say 100 % cross - contamination free. Non-celiac gluten intollerants can eat here with no concerns. And the staff are wondeeful and the food amazing!! Best confit duck in Paris they say!!!
