Chez Mamou French Bakery & Cafe

Not particularly gluten friendly; no gluten free pasta, no gluten free bread or rolls, no gluten free crackers. There is also no gluten free menu nor any GF footnotes on the menu. The staff is friendly, and help you see what is gluten-free, or can be modified, etc. All in all, not a particularly gluten friendly restaurant.

Although they did not have a gluten free menu the staff was knowledgeable and easily accommodated my needs. My meal was tasty and my non GF dining companion noted it was among the best salmon he ever tasted.
