Review of Chiang Mai Thai and Sushi Bar

While there is no mention of gluten free items in menu, the owner was helpful when asked about gluten ingredients. We asked whether the sushi rice was gluten free and he said there was no gluten in rice. He was unaware that the vinegar used in preparing the rice could contain gluten, but went to the kitchen to check on the vinegar they use and confirmed it was labeled as gluten free. They also had GF soy sauce available.
