The owner answered the phone when I called. Very basic ingredients for brisket and chicken. The rib rub may contain gluten but over all gluten friendly. Note - only open on weekends.
This place is not Gluten-free except for the onion burger without bun. They use soy sauce that has wheat flour in it for all smoked meat. They were unaware the soy sauce had wheat in it and are looking for an alternative.
