I wanted to have one nice and expensive steakhouse meal while in Chicago and I chose this place. Big mistake. They jammed so many tables into the dining area that the noise of people was overwhelming (I couldn’t hold a conversation with my party or even understand half of what the waiter said). Not to mention the back of my chair was bumped numerous times by waiters who just couldn’t fit between chairs. There was one steak I really wanted to try but well after I ordered the waiter came back to tell me they couldn’t make it gluten free and it was replaced with a different cut (that cost twice as much as what I originally ordered). In total my party ordered a steak and fish entree, one side, and one appetizer. While the steak and fish were very good, both the appetizer and side were not good at all. The one plus to this place was that they were careful enough that I didn’t get a gluten exposure.

Steakhouses are usually pretty good for celiacs as most of the menu is naturally gf. Our server doubled check everything I ordered with the kitchen! I enjoyed the butternut squash soup and a filet with Burnaise sauce and mashed potatoes.
