The cafe inside the museum makes the best chicken salad sandwich I've ever had. Great GF bread for sandwiches, good salads with GF dressing options (I've tried the Caesar and balsamic). Kind and knowledgeable staff. Great place for a quick lunch or coffee. Note: homemade chips not in a dedicated fryer, and you do need to pay extra to upgrade to a side salad or fruit instead.

UPDATE: Well, looks like they grill the bread on the same grill as regular bread. I got lucky, but probably won't risk it for future.
