Horrible experience. I’m staying here for a work trip and they have an expansive menu that’s also available for room service- everything from salads and appetizers to sandwhiches, steak, pasta and dessert. I called the front desk as I saw Rib eye and New York strip steak that is in sautéed mushrooms and steak butter. Ideally as a celiac, you would assume that this could be prepared GF with no sauces, just butter and a potato side, right? I called the front desk and asked what they offer for someone with a severe gluten allergy and how do they prepare the food. After a 3 minute wait she asked the chef and said he told her only salad is GF. She took a long pause. No explanation on which salad as half of them have croutons and/ or wheat ridden dressings. Point made, Marriott is lazy and not understanding of allergies. Do not recommend.
