Chicharo's Mexican Grill

Very extensive menu. In many locations on the menu it states that most of the dishes can be made gluten free. Simply to let your server know. I did this. I ordered a chicken dish with a corn shell. I assumed it was “safe”. But mentioned to the server of my allergy. The food did seem to take quite some time to be prepared. but when the food was delivered I was advised that all the food was prepared fresh to accommodate the gluten allergy. I was impressed that they took the extra step to ensure a positive and healthy experience.
