We stopped through the drive through today. I was a bit concerned when the person taking our order didn't actually mark my food as being gluten allergy with a red flag. I haven't gotten sick and it's been well over 8 hours. We were missing a sandwich from our food, but they fixed that right away when we called the store. It also was the only sandwich that wasn't GF. What it looked like was that they separate bagged all the GF items (despite not being marked) and just forgot to give us the second bag. This, more than anything, was reassuring to me. They did give me the wrong sauce as well, but a quick internet search answered the GF question for that and it wasn't awful. I'd stop here again if traveling through.
Yes
The fries at Chickfila are safe to eat because they are fried in their own oil and not in with the other breaded, gluten containing foods.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
