Review of Chick-fil-A

I have been here twice. I was hesitant about going to a fast food restaurant since the majority of them give the Celiacs no options or safety. I was pleasantly surprised that Chick Fil-a has a gluten free bun! I got the Grilled Chicken Filet with a gluten free bun both times and waffle fries. Yes, this chain has a dedicated airy fryer for their fries so they are safe to eat. The food tasted great. The bun was prepackaged and the filet was put in a sealed tight plastic container. i notified them about my condition and asked if they could change their gloves. They were so kind and happy to help. It even shows on the receipt where they informed them to change their gloves. I didn't get glutened either time and am elated to have a quick place to go to.
