I’ve come here multiple times and haven’t had an issue but my most recent experience I got extremely sick from what I’m assuming was cross contamination. I know the risk of going here but just wanted to let others know :)

My daughter and I both have celiac and have never gotten sick eating here. The staff is very good about accommodating “gluten allergy”. They will flag your food so the kitchen staff knows to change their gloves, and they even bag the food separately. You can feel confident eating here.

My son has never gotten sick when eating here.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
These other ratings don't even talk about food! The fries are sooo good and the milkshakes are to die for love their food!

Great food with good service. These other reviews make me laugh. Chick Fil A for lifeeeeee!
The politics and homophobia of the corporation drove me from even considering patronizing their narrow minded and bigoted organization. Christian indeed.
It is impossible to ignore the bigotry and ignorance that the leadership has made part of their brand. Hate and homophobia are not incidental to this organization, but they have made it part of their corporate identity and marketing strategy. I refuse to patronize their product, I added it to my ignored chain, and I call on others to reject this cynical marketing ploy.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
