Horrible...stopped by and worker said ALL chicken has the marinate therefore none was safe for us. Furious!

This store is phenomenal! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun via their app. Moments later, I received a phone call from the manager who wanted to verify that the meal was for an allergy so they could cook the chicken properly and avoid cross contamination. I was blown away by their service and dedication!!
I've always loved this place and now that I'm gf, I love it even more. They have gf buns that are individually wrapped to stop cross contamination and they cook their yummy fries in seperate oil than their chicken nuggets and prepare everything on seperate clean surfaces. They are very accommodating to food allergies. The only change I would make would be to heat up the buns just a touch so they weren't so crumbly but I can live with it. I feel perfectly safe eating here
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Great food! I've never had a problem here, and we eat here quite often. They have also just added a gluten free bun for sandwiches! Tell them you have a food allergy, and they are very careful when preparing your food.
I went here yesterday. They were very helpful and even informed me about the new marinade recipe (which isn't GF) So they red flagged my order and prepared a clean surface and cooked my chicken without marinade! It took I little longer than normal, but it is very much worth the wait!
They are always very careful and helpful. We eat here all the time. Just ask them to flag your order gluten free.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
