Every time I come here and order a grilled sandwich, they’ve got it wrong.
I order the Grilled Club with no tomato and a gluten free bun. Every time, they mess something up. The first time they messed it up, it had no bacon or cheese (which they charge you extra for). This time, it had the regular bun and tomato.
At least the first time I could eat the messed up food.
They do say they’ll give you a free remake if you call, but how hard is following the printed label in the first place?

I have been able to eat their market salad with no adverse reactions. I leave off the blue cheese and dressing for other reasons, so I don’t know how they would impact it.
Dedicated fryers, accommodating staff. Never had a reaction, and I'm very sensitive. ONLY negative is that the shake machine wasn't cleaned well enough so I had Oreo pieces in my frozen lemonade and couldn't drink it.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
They always are careful and it is great they grill nuggets.
Unfortunately I am apprehensive about trying to eat here again. They were happy to provide me with a gf menu but when I received my order and it had a bun on it returning it to them seemed to only irritate them. I think their employee education of how to provide gf options should be implemented if they are going to attempt to offer gf choices.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
