I agree with Lucy! 4/5 times I get the wrong order at the drive thru ... I shouldn't have pull over and park to check the order and go back again in line every single time. I understand that there are peak hours in where staff is very busy and mistakes happen which is more than understandable but the impolite second interactions are unnecessary. Tried contacting them but never heard back unfortunately.

Nope, not again for me. I had read nice things about their nuggets, etc. My daughter and I went through the drive through a few days ago. She got the regular sandwich. I ordered the grilled nuggets and coleslaw. We got all the way home and my nuggets were breaded. I took my meal back to them (which is about a 15 minute drive). When I went through again and explained what happened the girl said OK pull through. I got to the window and the woman standing there very rudely said "you the one with the nuggets"? I said, yes and said I was sorry I could not eat the breaded nuggets. Her reply to me then was "what so you want me to just GIVE you these"? I gave her back my sack with the breaded and she handed me the grilled - no I'm sorry, no nothing. I got home and they were the slimy and nasty. I couldn't even eat them. I won't go back to this Chick-fil-a again.

Gf fries and grilled chicken nuggets

My server showed real attention to my celiac needs, making a trip to the kitchen on my behalf to make sure they followed GF protocols. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten-free bun. The bun was surprisingly good, and comes sealed in cellophane, so you can assemble yourself. No problem with fries, as they do come from a dedicated fryer.

Always enjoy getting chick fi la. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries. They know to change gloves and put in a gluten allergy alert.

I have eaten here and have told them I have celiacs snd they took a special precaution

They have a separate fryer for their fries which is great to have more a variety when ordering! I always get their grilled nuggets with fries and I have never had a problem.

I have successfully eaten at Chick-Fil-A in a number of places while traveling. I order grilled nuggets and fruit cup or a grilled sandwich with gluten free bun. Today I ordered the grilled nuggets and fruit cup only to find a small piece of fried chicken in my fruit cup at the very bottom. I would never eat here again.
