The Mgr wasn't aware what GF means and didn't seem interested, just handed the nutrition menu to me. Luckily I knew the Chargrilled Garden Salad was safe. The GF food is great! I'd give it five stars (the GF food deserves it) but the Mgrs should be knowledgeable
