Review of Chick-fil-A

I love Chick-fil-A, but this chain is really bad! They don't cater at all to gluten free requests. I've asked politely to have the chicken made without marinade and they refused. The managers always make me feel terrible that I'm even asking. Not your typical Chick-fil-A politeness and customer service. It has gotten to a point that I don't even go anymore because I can't eat anything there. I have even been forced to call the corporate office of Chick-fil-A after my experiences here. The restaurant is not very clean either. I wish that I could give this restaurant a positive review because I LOVE Chick-fil-A. But you'll want to shy away from this branch of you are gluten intolerant. (And don't go at all if you are celiac.) Go to Cullman AL if you want the great Chick-fil-A customer service typical to their restaurant. They are wonderful when it comes to helping me have a great dining experience!
