Chick-fil-A

All I got to say is, I can actually eat here without worrying if I'll be in the hospital the next morning. They have an entire section dedicated to gluten-free and dairy-free, which I am both, and they are super friendly and helpful to people who need some gluten-free food. Grilled chicken is amazing!! They also have options of gluten free bread which makes me so happy! I can enjoy a good chicken sandwich without worrying. Chick-fil-A is a 10/10 for me!

I have never been disappointed by Chick-fil-A, they have great grilled nuggets and is even willing to put the grilled nuggets on a salad for you, I just realized today that they have a bit us food for us gluten free's. Never disappointed in Chick-fil-A. Always like using them when I can when I travel.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Great grilled nuggets. Cashier got order wrong but they corrected it nicely.

The fries are in a dedicated fryer, which is good. The grilled nuggets used to be my go-to, until they started tossing them in "Backyard Sauce," which is a MSG bomb. If you have trouble with that, you can ask them to make some without Backyard Sauce but expect it to take a little while.

That being said...the staff is FANTASTIC. They'll print out ingredients on anything for you. And they go out of their way to make things safe and delicious. And they have the very best fast-food fruit salad out there. How do they do that??

Although not all staff understand gluten requests, all have been friendly and quick to get a manager if effort to see requests are met safely. We have had good experiences with their grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries. We eat there regularly.

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.

This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.

The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼‍♀
