I’ve been three times here since I started eating gluten free. While the manager has always been knowledgeable and helpful, two out of three times the cashier didn’t even know what gluten was. However, they were helpful and did their best when I explained. The third time, the cashier knew exactly what it was and flagged it, but when I got my food the sauces had been put right on top of my fries.

There’s a new manager, and this location is no longer safe for people with Celiac! About a week ago, my daughters and I went into this location to have lunch, as we have done for the past seven years. All of a sudden, the cashier and the manager came to tell me that there was absolutely no way they could guarantee that my meal would be gluten-free. Today, I found a piece of chicken in my french fries. When I called to talk to the manager, I received no apology, and she reiterated the fact that there’s no way they can guarantee gluten free food.I guess our days at Chick-fil-A are now over.

I highly recommend the food here. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I got grilled nuggets and waffle fries and I didn’t get sick !
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
The fries are gluten free and they have a delicious gluten free bun! Love chick fil a!

Never a problem here. Love Chickfila!
Just found out I could order a kids meal with grilled nuggets and fries! Yes!
Chick Fil A is one of the very few fast food restaurants that have fries that are gluten free. They have a separate fryer for fries only. It's not listed on the menu but you can order their strips grilled instead of battered and fried.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
