Chick-fil-a is my go to restaurant when I need a quick and easy thing on the road! I get the grilled nuggets and their fries aren’t shared! They are in their own fryer:) I am also very sensitive to cross contamination and they always are good to “flag” my food as an allergy, and i’ve never gotten sick!!

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
The staff here at this branch is so helpful!! They are so polite and graciously cater to my needs. I have visited this restaurant countless times and this is what I order for a safe gluten free experience. (I always ask them to put a gluten allergen alert on my order) 8 piece grilled chicken nuggets / Chick-fil-A dipping sauce (I ask them to make them without marinade as the marinade contains gluten.) Waffle fries / ranch dipping sauce Ice cream in a dish They have made a mistake once on my order but they were so sorry and made me a whole new meal!

the southwest char grilled salad didnt bother me, but do not eat the grilled nuggets. I have ate them 3 different times and everytime I had extreme bloating from eating them. the last time I ate them I ate just nuggets to see if that was the problem and it was.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
