Being newly diagnosed with a wheat allergy I wasn’t sure how to navigate my beloved Chick-fil-A menu now. But online they have a GF guide and at the restaurant it is posted that they have GF buns and that their fries are fried separately from their breaded chicken items. And thank goodness all of their sauces are GF (I asked the staff while there to double check and it is posted online too)! I was able to order my usual but with a GF bun now - the grilled chicken club, waffle fries, and lots of chick-fil-a sauce. The sandwich fixings came in a separate plastic container marked special and a separate plastic factory sealed bun for my sandwich. This made me feel comfortable that it was going to be GF and there were no mix ups with the rest of my family’s order and mine. Great job Chick-fil-A, well done! I didn’t feel restricted.
