I have been there a few times since going gluten free and they are very attentive. They red flag for the kitchen. I ordered a milk shake and they took extra care to change the blade on the blender. My bun is always given to me sealed.

Very kind people and I ordered the grilled nuggets and they aren’t as good as the fried but still they were great!!! The Polynesian, Garden Herb Ranch, and the Chick Fil A sauce is what I get and they are all three GF!!!

Gluten free buns are handled properly!
Yes
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Just had a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with a GF bun. The bun comes wrapped individually and is soft but doesn’t fall apart! I love it.

Grilled chicken nuggets are delicious! Their waffle fries are GF because they use a separate fryer than the breaded chicken. Love being able to eat there for lunch! Staff is wonderful and so polite also!
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
