The grilled nuggets are delicious! If they offered GF bread I'd add that 5th star.
This chick-fil-a is very iffy with me. Sometimes, I'll eat here and be completely fine. Other times, it makes me sick. Every time I go, I mention I have a gluten allergy and need a glove change, but sometimes I still get sick. It really depends how sensitive you are.
Grilled chicken nuggets are one of the only gluten free options. Fries are gluten free, they are fried in canola oil. The fried chicken is fried in peanut oil.
They do not have a gluten free menu or allergen list in store. The employees and managers are extremely unknowledgeable about what is or isn't gluten free. The two managers I spoke to didn't even realize chick fil a has a gluten free menu online. They made me feel extremely uneasy about eating here
I asked when placing my order and they marked it with a food allergy. Didn't get sick. One of the few places I can get fries!
The waffle fries are fried in a dedicated fryer.
Eat here pretty regularly. Grilled chicken and waffle fries are great!
I eat at this location regularly. They have a dedicated fryer for fries, and the staff have great communication about food allergies. I always let them know I have Celiac. I order the grilled nuggets without the marinade--the staff told me that some Celiacs report a negative reaction to the marinade and I like them better plain anyway. The staff is always friendly, concerned, and active in helping me choose safe options.
First time ever eating at one of this chains I was hungry and didn't have much choice. I spoke to the cashier and told me the grilled nuggets were gluten free and one of their employees had celiacs. Really comforted my decision of eating here. They were delicious and I didn't get sick would still only eat chick-fil-A as a last resort. While traveling it is definitely one of my go to places where I feel somewhat save.
First time eating here since gluten free. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding. The food was really good. Even the waffle fries are gluten free - the cook them separate from their breaded foods. We will be back.
Poor rating. Twice in 2 weeks picked up grilled nuggets, fries, lemonade. No sauces and got rapid onset of bad stomach ache and GI issues. Further they no longer have cole slaw. I will try once more in a week and if sickened again will not return. Tried again today. Sick right away after eating grilled nuggets and fried and lemonaid. Guess it is not safe. Today went for 1 last try to see if it was fries ir nuggets making me sick. Had 8 piece grilled nuggets and unsweet tea. Nausea soon after then cramps. Went at 11:15 am.
Chick-fil-A is a great fast food option for gluten free food. Their Market Salad is actually very large and filling, but the real joy is in finally having gluten-free options for hash browns and waffle fries when out and about. Even all of their sauces and dressings and blue cheese options are gf! Highly recommend.
Tell them you have celiac and they will make sure to change gloves to prevent cross contamination
One of my favorite quick bites when I travel. Consistent food. Plus they have GF waffle fries.
Do NOT eat here of you have Celiac Disease! Both of my children are Celiac, and we have eaten atultiple Chic Fil A restaurants in the past with no issues. We went to this location and gave both the cashier and manager the same speech we always do. Both verified procedures and we.had no reason to believe otherwise. Until 30 minutes after eating when both of my children had severe pain caused from being glutened. We contacted the restaurant to let them know they are not following procedures. We were completely blown off after they told us we were wrong. Celiacs beware of this location!!!!!
