Went here with my family and really enjoyed myself. I love Chick-fil-A, and they were considerate of my and my family's needs. Went through all the work to make sure it had an allergen alert and made the grilled nuggets without marinade (which contains gluten). I enjoyed an 8 piece grilled chicken nugget (without marinade), a small waffle fry, and a dish of ice cream. What a treat!! My family and I were so happy and did not get sick at all from it.

All CFA restaurants state that there are no guarantees of no cross contamination... HOWEVER-I eat at this location all the time. When notified of my celiac condition, the staff has always gone beyond my expectations of service. I consider this a safe place in town to eat.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I asked them to change their gloves when I ordered grilled nuggets. I was told that I couldn't be guaranteed that would happen. Then the kid that took my order messed it up, got my order wrong, and that's just the last time I'll go back to Chick-Fil-A. It's a shame. I used to really enjoy them. In fact, I worked there decades ago as a teenager.

The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
