Review of Chick-fil-A

We got into Blowing Rock a bit too late to eat at any establishments in town. Looking at Google Maps, we discovered a Chick-fil-a the next town over. This chain is generally pretty safe for me. I had a few concerns as thr receipt didn't actually have the gluten allergy listed, although there were directions to change gloves. The MOD brought my meal to the table and it was marked with the appropriate sticker. If I was glutened, it wasn't enough for my body to react, and as I tend to be highly sensitive, I'm fairly certain, I was not cross contaminated because I did not get sick.
