This is for the Chick fil a on A concourse. Chick fil a I trust when it comes to which foods are GF and which ones aren’t. However, the employees at this location I don’t. There was no allergy indication on the receipt. The order was wrong coming out and they proceeded to swap items right in front of me without regard for gluten contact or cross contamination. They said they had allergy protocols but didn’t see them.

Celiac husband has been sick all week after eating at this location and all he had were the fries. The other reviewers must be correct about the shared fryer as his symptoms are quite severe and we are at home the few days prior to traveling. So unfortunate because this is usually such a safe brand! Beware of this location!

Shared fryer Alert!!! Therefore even the fry’s are not gf. The lady helping me was terrible and when I asked for grilled nuggets, she rang me up for reg. When my son went to order his grilled nuggets, she then told us they don’t have grilled nuggets. I asked our options and she threw her hands in the air. I asked about fry’s and she said they were fryer in the same fryer! This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Does not represent the brand well.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Ordered a grill filet without a bun and fries. Asked them to mark it gluten free. Got to my gate and the filet was breaded. There was no mention of gluten allergy on the receipt. This location doesn’t have grilled nuggets or salads. This was in concourse A.

No
They have absolutely nothing that is gluten free.
No
Was looking forward to finally being able to eat something and waited in line 10 minutes only to try and order a grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun only to be told they don’t have GF buns at this location. So don’t waste your time at this place!
No
We were told by two staff that they had no gf options. Per the staff this location is operated by the airport concessionaire and not chik fil a.
No
This location is not celiac friendly. The do not have any gf options. I was told by two workers and the manager that there was nothing on the menu that was gf, not even their fries. They were also very rude about it.
No
Staff was super nice and accommodating. They do not have the grilled nuggets anymore, but they suggested the grilled chicken sandwich with no bun. And the fries are still fried separately. Just ate it and it was really good. I’ll update this post if it makes me sick.
The staff was very accommodating and offered to change their gloves for our order even though they were busy and I didn’t even ask! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich no bun with fries & it tasted great.
Yes
Grilled chicken and waffle fries were great! Employees were very helpful
They were able to do the grilled nuggets and change gloves even though they were pretty busy. It's in concourse C.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
